I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (MFT #84047), specializing in couples therapy and business executives struggling in their work relationships. After 10 years of working in the investment banking sector, I decided to follow my passion to become a couples and relationship therapist. My corporate background brings practicality and tools-based approach to my work with clients.

I founded a group practice, The Relationship Institute of San Francisco, which blends cognitive behavioral therapy with deep awareness building to create change in your work or home life.

I am also an adjunct professor at University of San Francisco. I received my Masters degree in psychology from the University of San Francisco and graduated from the University of Colorado with a double major in economics and political science.
