The UFC returns to Moscow on Saturday for UFC Fight Night 163, which streams in its entirety on ESPN+. In the main event, Zabit Magomedsharipov faces Calvin Kattar in a bout that could result in some significant changes in the featherweight rankings.
Magomedsharipov, who is 5-0 in the UFC with three stoppage victories, is currently the No. 5 ranked fighter in the official UFC featherweight rankings, is coming off a decision win over UFC veteran Jeremy Stephens in his most recent fight. Kattar, who is the No. 11 ranked fighter in the 145-pound division is 4-1 in the UFC with three knockout wins.
With a dominant win, Magomedsharipov could earn himself a matchup against the winner of the upcoming featherweight title fight between champion Max Holloway and the No. 1 ranked Alexander Volkanovski.
In the co-main event, No. 7 ranked heavyweight Alexander Volkov faces the unranked Greg Hardy, who makes his fifth appearance inside the octagon this year.
UFC Fight Night 163 takes place Saturday at CSKA Arena in Moscow. The prelims begin at 11 a.m. ET on ESPN+, the main card follows on ESPN+ at 2:00 p.m. ET.
Before the fighters step into the octagon on Saturday, they will hit the scales. The ceremonial weigh-ins take place Friday. The first fighter is set to hit the scale at 10 a.m. ET.
